01

About tekfortune

tekfortune Inc is a workforce sourcing, vetting, and deployment firm headquartered in Piscataway, NJ, with further offices in Frisco (Texas), Toronto, Noida, and Indore. We employ permanent staff in three jurisdictions and engage contract talent on behalf of enterprise clients across BFSI, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, hi-tech, retail, and energy.

Our annual turnover sits within the threshold of jurisdictions that require this disclosure, and we publish this statement voluntarily even where not strictly required.

02

Our policies

tekfortune maintains the following policies, reviewed annually by the Chief Operating Officer:

— Anti-modern-slavery and human-trafficking policy
— Whistleblowing policy (anonymous reporting via an external channel)
— Code of conduct (signed by every employee on joining and at annual review)
— Recruitment and contractor onboarding policy (right-to-work verification, fair-pay verification)

03

Our supply chain

Our supply chain is concentrated in three categories: technology vendors (cloud, software, communications), professional services (legal, audit), and recruitment partners (sourcing channels).

We require all suppliers to comply with applicable modern-slavery legislation in their jurisdictions, and we reserve the right to audit material suppliers on this point.

04

Due diligence

We conduct due diligence in three ways:

— Pre-engagement screening of all candidate engineers, including right-to-work verification
— Quarterly review of material supplier compliance attestations
— Annual board-level review of this statement, our policies, and any incident reports (zero in the reporting period)

05

Training

All tekfortune employees in client-facing, recruitment, and procurement roles complete annual modern-slavery awareness training. Training is updated annually to reflect emerging risk patterns.

06

Reporting

Anyone — employee, contractor, candidate, supplier, or member of the public — can raise modern-slavery concerns anonymously by emailing whistleblowing@tekfortune.com. Reports are reviewed by the Chief Operating Officer and an external compliance counsel.

This statement was approved by the tekfortune board in June 2026.
