Standards we follow
This site aims to conform with WCAG 2.2 AA. Text contrast ratios are tested at AA Normal (4.5:1) for body and AA Large (3:1) for headlines and CTA buttons. The brand orange is reserved for headline accents and button labels at 18px+ to maintain contrast compliance.
What works well
— Semantic HTML throughout: every page uses landmark roles (header, main, footer, nav)
— Keyboard navigation: every interactive element reachable by Tab; ⌘K command bar accessible via keyboard
— Skip-to-content available via keyboard at top of every page
— Reduced-motion preference honored: animations disable when prefers-reduced-motion is set
— Form fields labeled and grouped semantically
Known limitations
We're transparent about what's not perfect yet:
— Some ambient hero photography lacks descriptive alt text (decorative use, aria-hidden); a future update will add meaningful alts where the image carries information
— TalentOS is a separate application and is being reviewed for AA conformance independently
How to flag an issue
Email accessibility@tekfortune.com with a description and (if possible) a screenshot. We reply inside two business days and aim to fix any AA non-conformance within four weeks.
Assistive technology compatibility
Site tested with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), and keyboard-only navigation on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox at desktop and mobile breakpoints. Reports of issues with other combinations welcome.
